Demonstrates technical accomplishment on primary instruments. |

Has a comprehensive familiarity with Slavic music. | |||
|
Is a past or present member of a musical organization (junior group, working band, adult orchestra, school band, etc.). | |||
|
Has participated on recordings. | |||
|
Teaches or assists other musicians. | |||
|
Writes or arranges music. | |||
|
Continually strives for self-improvement as a musician through education. | |||
|
Is an effective role model for young musicians. | |||
|
Participates as a member in Slavic-related ethnic and cultural organizations. | |||
|
Is younger than 30 years of age. | |||
Nominations should include the name, age, and picture of the candidate. A discussion of the candidate's background should describe how the musician meets the guidelines documented above. |
